Medical Care
Because we are not near an active base, we are considered in a remote
location and eligible for Tricare Prime Remote. This means that we can choose a
primary care doctor to be our "primary care manager." They are responsible for
coordinating your care and you may have to see them before going to a
specialist. Also, prescription drugs can be purchased at Eckerd drugs or through
the National Mail Order Pharmacy. We have starred those providers that some of
our members recommend.
