Good food is always a staple of Friends of Rome Lab  coffees.  Here are recipes that members would like to share with you

 

 





Sweet Pumpkin Dip-

4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (30oz) pumpkin pie filling
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
 
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese, beating until well blended. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with gingersnaps or sliced apples!
Yield: 7 cups of dip.
